It starts with a phone call and a meeting. Let's talk about your house, your style and your needs.

Next, I'll sketch out a design for your approval. The drawing on the right is the second version of a kitchen island I built for a family in Washington, D.C. I re-drew it after they asked that it "look more like a piece of furniture." (Yes, I really do draw it out with a pencil and graph paper.)

Then, our plan begins to take shape in my workshop.

I can do the installation myself or work with your contractor. If something isn't right, I'll make it right. I won't be satisfied with the finshed product until you are.
